The first waterjet was developed in the mid-70's, the concept was quite easy. Garnet is added to water that has been pressurized to 60,000 PSI and forced through a Ruby orifice with in the cutting nozzle. The result is a machine that will cut up to 4" thick titanium with unprecedented accuracy.

We have been able to open the door to unlimited design options. From foyer medallions, to elaborate conference tables with various stone inlays. If you have a photo, we have the ability to process that phone in a CAD file, size it and cut it in stone, glass or metal.

Because the technology is CAD driven, there is a tremendous flexibility with respect to scaling. With a CAD driven system, the ability to take a 36" medallion up to 60" is very easy and it allows us to provide customer service that probably was never provided previously without great expense.

A lot of architects and designers are now giving greater consideration to the inclusion of Waterjet cut stone in their projects. Clients are now expecting to get something that is "effectively" waterjet cut.
